Between now and 2015, the company will require over 6500 new employees as a result of retirements, turnover, and consideration of current growth forecasts. About 75 percent of the new employees will be hired in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The remaining 25 percent will be hired in Canada (Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta) and the United States (Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, North Dakota, New Hampshire, and New York).
