RST and Sunbury have been named a 2023 Top Fleet Employer by Trucking HR Canada. "Top Fleet Employers" is a national program that recognizes businesses exceeding the standards of excellence for Human Resources in trucking and logistics. 

RST and Sunbury have made the list every year since 2018. Companies who have been recognized for a minimum of five years are honoured with the Top Fleet Employers of Distinction status.

The Top Fleet Council determines the list of employers recognized annually from the comprehensive application process and experiences of Professional Drivers and Owner Operators working in the field.

The award will be presented in October at the Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala. At the celebration in 2022, Stacey Miller won the HR Leader Of The Year award for her efforts in welcoming newcomers and reducing unconscious bias in the workplace.
