We are excited to be welcoming and celebrating the accomplishments of our newest student employees! All 78 students will be working across eight of our divisions, supporting business needs and gaining valuable hands-on experience within our operations.

This winter, our students are joining us from universities across Canada including the University of New Brunswick (UNB), University of Waterloo, Memorial University (MUN) and New Brunswick Community College (NBCC). They will complete a four-month work term with an opportunity to gain full time employment post-graduation.

Our goal is to offer students with leadership potential the chance to step directly into a full-time role and continue to focus on their personal growth and development beyond the classroom.

With 3,000+ student roles to fill in the next three years, having an on-campus presence is an integral part of our recruitment strategy. And through investments in scholarships and our student co-op program, each year we hire 1 in 4 new co-op students before graduation.
