From campus to career: Welcoming JDI’s newest graduates

J.D. Irving, Limited is pleased to recognize and congratulate the newest group of graduates who have recently joined the company in full-time roles.

This year, 53 students accepted offers of employment prior to completing their studies. Continued investment in student programs remains a key part of building a sustainable and skilled workforce. By providing meaningful work experience and clear pathways to full-time employment, JDI supports the professional growth of emerging talent while strengthening teams across the organization.

“Welcoming these graduates into permanent roles not only supports their career development but also reinforces our commitment to the communities where we live and work,” said Linda Speedy, Vice President, Human Resources. “Their transition from student to full-time employee marks an important milestone — both in their careers and in the future of our company.”

Congratulations, graduates, and welcome to the team!
