J.D. Irving, Limited in Moncton has developed an innovative program to attract the best university students to start their careers at JDI.

The JDI Talent Acquisition team meets with hundreds of students each year at career fairs and events. Some of those students are invited to continue the conversation with JDI through scheduled interviews and testing.

The JDI Career Track involves universities from across Atlantic Canada. Career Track provides selected students with a three-year fast track program towards a management career within the Moncton group of JDI companies.
 
Once the successful candidates have passed a rigorous selection process, they can look forward to a structured program of high visibility, interesting and challenging work and development opportunities that is designed to realize their potential and move towards a management career at JDI.

This year a total of 14 students were involved, including Business and Engineering students as well as an MBA student.  All are graduating in 2013-2014.
