“We can now meet the needs of our clients,” said Heidi Wallace, Client Service Coordinator of the Pregnancy and Wellness Centre of Moncton. “This donation will allow us to readily provide our clients with quality products as soon as they walk through our doors.”

The Moncton-based centre provides women of all income levels in southeastern New Brunswick with pregnancy information, care and support. Prior to Irving Personal Care’s and Irving Tissue’s donations, the centre only had one box of diapers available to support their 300 clients.

Supporting community betterment through health and wellness organizations is a focus of J.D. Irving, Limited. The Pregnancy and Wellness Centre of Moncton offers health and wellness services to its clients through 70 educational classes, a full-time nurse and supplies for women in need.

The centre relies on community donations to support its clients, through their three annual fundraiser events and daily donations. Irving Personal Care and Irving Tissue Dieppe products that were donated included, ROYALE paper towel, facial tissue, bathroom tissue and Irving Personal Care diapers.

“Thank you to Irving Tissue and Irving Personal Care for their donation,” said Wallace. “Product donations allow us to further support our clients in need.”
