Graduating in 2015? Apply for JDI Career Track!

JDI Career Track is a leadership development program that advances new university graduates to senior management levels. It is a three-year, accelerated career path for students who demonstrate potential, drive, and determination.

We’re looking for students expecting to graduate in 2015 from the following disciplines:

  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing
  • Public Relations
  • Commerce
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain

New grads accepted into JDI Career Track start their careers with challenging, high profile work, benefit from a personal mentor, and have exposure to our organization’s leaders.  They also receive regular feedback and an opportunity to discuss their career path.

We asked our Career Track hires from 2014 to share why they recommend the program:

“I have only been with the organization for four months and I’m given tasks and projects that make a difference to the business. Career Track gives you the tools and skills as well as a mentor to help you steer your career in the right direction to achieve your goals.”  - Michael Hogan, Business Development Analyst, St. Francis Xavier University graduate

“The Career Track program has given me the edge to continually grow, broadening both my experience and potential next step. Another major benefit is this program puts your foot in the door when opportunities become available within the many companies in the Irving organization.”  – Mark Totten, Engineering Project Manager, University of New Brunswick graduate
“I recommend this program to anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in a dynamic environment where opportunities are unlimited.” – Keven Charland, Business Development Manager, Université de Moncton graduate
