Congratulations to our newly graduated employees!

JDI's investment in local talent aims to create opportunities for students to grow into full-time professional roles, here at home. Our goal is to offer new graduates with leadership potential a chance to step directly into a full-time role and continue to grow and develop – beyond the classroom. 

We are excited to be welcoming and celebrating the accomplishments of our newest employees! All 35 students were offered jobs before they graduated and were hired because of their great contributions to our teams during their previous work terms with JDI. With these new hires, we are supporting a stronger workforce and the local economy.
