Hiring continues as CFM Grows the Business

A team of 195 employees at Custom Fabricators and Machinists (CFM) are serving customers around the world with new markets in certified natural gas (CNG) assemblies.

Forty new employees were welcomed to the team in 2013.  Hiring occurred in all aspects of the company’s growing operations in 2013, including surveying, non-destructive testing, and CNG assemblies for institutional use in Canada, the U.S., and more recently for new customers in Pakistan.  In December the company was awarded the refit of the Belleisle Ferry by the Government of New Brunswick.  This project is employing 10 employees at the company’s facilities on the west side of Saint John.
