Kent Homes is overjoyed to be recognized with a first-place award on the international stage by the Modular Building Institute for the second consecutive year.

In 2017, the team at Kent Homes worked hard to build two complexes to meet the needs of the Irving Oil Refinery shutdown. This project required speed, quality construction and lots of team work. Ultimately, this was the project that earned Kent Homes the first-place award for the relocatable office structure of more than 10,000 square feet.

Being recognized at the World of Modular event by Modular Building Institute means that Kent Homes took the stage amidst 850 attendees from over 26 countries who all work in modular building or in fields relating to modular construction. This award is truly a testament to the amazing efforts of the entire Kent Homes team!
