More Work, More Jobs at Shelburne Ship Repair

Shelburne Ship Repair has landed a contract that will employ 40 people over the next several weeks.  The refurbished and modernized yard welcomed the CCGS Ann Harvey to its Marine Railway on Friday, July 5.  The vessel is in for its routine annual maintenance and repairs.  Twenty-four additional people will be hired to complete the job.

The CCGS Ann Harvey, a high endurance multi-task vessel, was originally built at the shipyard in Halifax in 1987.
