2017 marks the 10th year J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) opens the tree nursery in Sussex for the annual seedling sale. 

Saturday, May 13, 9am to 3pm. 

This Saturday marks the 10th year that JDI will open the doors of the Sussex Nursery to the public. Seedlings and potted trees will be available for purchase, and the nursery will be open for tours. 

“Many people know what they want, but our staff is happy to answer any questions about what species or what combinations of species are right for their land,” said Greg Adams, JDI’s Research and Development Manager. 

Several species of trees will be for sale: White Spruce, Red Spruce, White Pine, Norway Spruce, Cedar, a variety of hardwoods and ornamentals. 

The price range is as follows: 

Payment will only be accepted as cash or cheque.
