Thank You and Farewell to our Fall Co-Op Students

Through partnerships with local universities and colleges, J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) demonstrates an ongoing commitment to developing the skills of today’s students. As we continue to grow our workforce, we are proud to provide students with practical, rewarding co-op work-term experience.

“My co-op term with JDI has allowed me to develop my skills and has provided me with a challenging and valuable experience,” said Callie Sumner, Public Relations Intern, J.D. Irving, Limited. “JDI really puts a lot of responsibility in their co-op students’ hands, which is something that I found very rewarding.”

This fall term, JDI was pleased to have 49 co-op students join us across all divisions in the areas of accounting, finance, communications, human resources, and engineering.

This semester, students joined us from the following universities and colleges:

- New Brunswick Community College
- Saint Mary’s University
- UNB Fredericton
- UNB Saint John
- University of Waterloo
